For things like assisted pull-ups it would be good to have negative weights available for progression tracking
Routine / Program generation
Automatically generate a routine or a training program (i.e. multiple routines for specific days of the week) based on pre-defined inputs like lifting experience, target muscle groups etc.
Garmin Support
I don’t have a apple watch and I want the app to track everything. Would Garmin support maybe added in the future?

Have you thought about adding body metrics (eg bicep dimensions) to the app so we can track growth over time
Progression Configuration
Me again. So l do about 3 or 4 weeks of training before a I take a week off but each week gets progressively harder (lower rir) so my question would be I don’t want the progression to suggest next...
