Hi Is it possible to add a calendar to the app that shows what muscle groups where worked on what day? I’ve seen it used in a past app. Assign a colour to each muscle group then just have a colour dot appear on the calendar

Yes to see when that muscle group was worked last. Allowing better planning of workouts. ATM the only way to see is through workout history
I see, is your training schedule per muscle group not fixed to certain days of the week? But instead by duration / whether it had sufficient rest?
I train by muscle group but not necessarily on the same day each week and I tend to do a day where I add extra movements for different muscle groups if they have had sufficient rest
May I know how you would utilise this for your training? Is it to understand what muscles you've targeted for the week / month or something like to track a streak?
