Indication of Modified Presets in Insights

When a session is completed using a preset (routine), the routine name is displayed under “Insights.” If the routine is modified during the session compared to its original configuration, this change is not currently visible. This can make it unclear whether the session followed the preset as defined or a customized variation. A subtle visual indicator (for example, an asterisk next to the routine name) could help signal that the preset was altered, while keeping the interface lightweight and easy to scan.

If you select the update routine button in at the bottom, it will bring you to a screen which will show the changes. Think it might be possible have a toast notification to prompt if you would like to update the workout if there were any changes detected, which will bring you to the aforementioned screen.

What I meant is the "Routine" shows the one it came from, not the one it is then saved under (using "Save as Routine" feature post-workout). In the example attached, the original routine was "Shoulder Sculpt..." whereas the one I saved it under is "Shoulder & Biceps..."

Is this in relation to other item in "Modified Workouts and Newly Saved Routines" instead? Sorry if I'm understanding it wrongly. Cmiiw, but the 2 issues are: 1. There is no indication that a routine was updated after a completed session 2. When saving as a routine after the workout, the workout reflects the old routine instead of the newly created one

I noticed the post-workout behavior is different should you use the workout from a saved routine or from a preset. Assuming a change was made in the number or sets/reps, the former shows indeed a "Update routine" button whereas I have not seen it with the latter. That being said, coming back to your last reply, indeed the two issues are somewhat related. Taking your order list: 1. There is no indication that a given workout was following a routine which has changed. In other words, when a workout is based on a routine but is modified during execution (for example by adding or removing exercises, sets, or reps), the summary post-workout does not indicate that the session deviated from the routine’s original definition. 2. That is correct. It is also absent from the history of that same routine.
