New exercise feature

How do you go into a existing custom exercise and add secondary muscle groups. It won’t let me select secondary and add secondary muscles toIt

In the exercise screen, go to details > config > exercise > plus button. This will open the muscle selector. Select on the "P" icon to switch a selected muscle group from primary to secondary, it should switch to a "S" icon instead.

Got it. So you can only add primary and secondary from different muscles groups- not within one muscle group. For example for bench press I can add chest as primary and triceps as secondary. But for Romanian deadlift I can not add hamstrings as primary and glutes and secondary - correct ?

With the default muscle groups, yes that is correct.

Though an alternative is to create a custom muscle group for glutes to set as the secondary muscle group; so the primary will be legs > hamstrings, secondary will be glutes > no focus. Most of the lower body muscles are grouped under the "Legs" muscle group, but you can always separate them by creating custom muscle groups if you find the need to track them on a more granular level.
