Refining Nutrition Tab
I would recommend revising the nutrition tab. The different options are quite confusing—even to AI—and makes getting our intended deficits/goals right quite confusing. For example, calories in are given, but don’t seem to affect anything. It gives a recommended calorie target, but I’m not sure how to interpret it. Is that calories above BMR+active calories? Is it the number of calories on inactive days? Then calories out is taken, but I’m not sure how that affects the other metrics. Overall, I feel it’s quite confusing and think a revision could really improve the usefulness of the tab :)

I guess my specific confusion is why it asks for things like calorie intake and active calories if those don’t affect the recommended intake or deficits
