Resting heart rate and O2 Saturation data sources

Not able to take key metrics from Garmin Connect as opposed to Apple Watch despite Apple Health taking these metrics from Garmin Connect.

Does this happen for the sleep metrics as well? i.e. total sleep duration & sleep stages
