Selecting 1RM Formula

At the moment if I select Epley formula it goes to Lombardi and even if I select Lombardi it uses Lombardi. So although 3 options are shown only Lombardi and Brzycki seem to show after selecting an item in the options list. Also the RIR selector seems to be one value out from what it shows, states 0 but visually the major and minor lines show at 1
