Steps in the 200k range

For some reason my steps for the weeks (and distance) is crazy high - roughly 200k + some weeks while very low on others. Is there a reason for this?

Do you have multiple sources / devices measuring your steps? If so you may need to just select one and remove the others in the settings > data sources > steps

Responding again with i guess another data import query - is there anyway to pull in active calories from apple health Or Garmin connect? Can only see cals burnt from my old workout app rather than active calories accumulated via normal walking etc. throughout the week.

No worries. Calories are primarily retrieved from either 1. Workout sessions (including those from Garmin as long as it's synced to Apple Health and read permissions are granted) 2. Daily steps (you can enable this via the activities tab > settings in the top right corner > include distance) Think you might be referring to #2? Let me know if you're referring to something else. Other activities like hikes and runs should also be included as long as they're synced to Apple Health
