Total vs Per-Limb Weight Logging
Some exercises can be logged either as total weight or as weight per arm or leg. Currently, when recording these exercises, it is not always clear which approach should be used, which can lead to inconsistencies in how workouts are logged. Introducing a clearer distinction—such as a toggle during logging, or a convention in the exercise name (e.g. indicating single-limb vs double-limb or alternate)—could help users log exercises more accurately. This would reduce ambiguity, improve consistency in calculations, and lead to a more reliable measurement of actual performance over time.
