2.1.1: Clone routines & improved Apple Health syncing

  • Support to control data sources for key metrics like workout data and steps

  • Workouts will be saved to Apple Health if synced, even without an Apple Watch (previous workouts will be backfilled where needed automatically)

  • Support to clone a routine (via the routine screen pre-workout or post-workout in the completion screen if you want to create another routine instead of updating the previous one)

  • Option to prevent device from sleeping during an active workout

Improvements

  • Revamped update routine post workout w/ improved controls & change previews

  • Deleting a workout session will remove the corresponding Apple Health session that was created with it

  • Revamped selector for exercise dimensions with better controls

  • Animated backgrounds for health score blocks in the train tab header

  • Improved formatting for y-axis for distance in activity tab

  • Placeholder handling for time distribution

  • Background for bars in time distribution to standardize w/ muscle distribution

  • Reworked layout for set dimensions if there are more than 3 dimensions to be more evenly spaced out to match primary dimensions

  • Spinner indicator when settings is loading any data

Fixes

  • Exercise & routine list order may not update after completing a workout

  • Metrics in the activities tab not including first day of the selected period

  • Updating the weight objective in the settings was not being recorded (though the changes would be reflected)

  • Formatting issues with the number selector for certain decimal values and weight is always being shown with 0dp instead of up to 2dp in the tabs

  • Live activities not showing when starting a workout from a routine

  • Routine section in train tab not animating layout changes as muscle distribution changes

  • Incorrect time label for session duration if session duration is too short

  • Incorrect color for muscle distribution bars when no sets are available

  • Muscle distribution not able to handle sessions using rep ranges if breakdown target is by weight or reps

  • Rating prompt being triggered more than usual when Apple Health sessions are synced post workout

  • Missing option to not indicate gender in settings

  • Formatting issues for weight & distance in sets for imperial units

  • Label for weight tab in set input had formatting issues

  • Set modifier labels may not be removed in overall workout view

  • Missing dates in health module when selecting initial data in train tab is in the past

  • Weight objective could be set to intense maintainence which is not a supported option
