We’ve given your home screen a major overhaul to help you stay on top of your game without the guesswork.
The updated Training & Activities tab now gives you a crystal-clear snapshot of your progress the second you log in. Instead of digging through menus, you can see exactly where your training stands and what needs your attention next, right from the jump.
Accessing all your routines to start a workout & adding body measurements to track your progress have been significantly optimized for quicker access right when you open the app.
Here are some of the key highlights:
1. Revamped training tab
We’ve overhauled your training tab to help you visualize your hard work. Whether you're tracking muscle group breakdowns or checking your latest body stats, everything is now designed to be seen at a glance so you can spend less time scrolling and more time hitting your goals.

2. Activities tab
Tracking your daily movement should be as simple as a quick glance. Whether you want to see how your morning walk contributed to your total distance or you just want a cleaner view of your past sessions, we've got you covered.

Support for daily steps to be included into distance metric
You can toggle on the steps distance via the activities settings in the top right corner of the activities tab.
3. Body Measurements
The scale doesn’t always tell the whole story. To help you get a much clearer picture of your progress, we’ve expanded how you track your body metrics. Whether you’re looking to track specific measurements or monitor how your physique is changing over time, you can now manage all your historical records in one place.

4. Share cards
You’ve done the hard work, now it’s time to show it off! You can now generate sleek image exports for your completed workouts and breakdowns. Whether you're celebrating a new personal best or just keeping your friends in the loop, you can turn your session stats into a clean, shareable card with just a tap.
